This small species is native to Sarawak in Malaysia.
Its common name is Alocasia 'Black Magic'.
|Photos taken on a cloudy day outdoors. The leaves are almost black.|
|Photographed with a flashlight they are more or less metallic red.|
|Also the Sunlight makes them reflect red.|
|The peltate sinus between the posterior lobes embraces the petiole.|
|The abaxial surface is brown.|
|The petioles are light brown. There are no cataphylls between.|
