Anthurium hookeri

Kunth 1841

This species belongs to the section Pachyneurium. Many of them are epiphytes.
They are commonly named "bird's nests" because of their leaves formed in a rosette.

Leaves of an adult plant
are 50-90 cm long.

The inflorescences in this section
often have dark spadixes.
