Philodendron bipennifolium

Schott 1855

This is a not big, climbing species. Known commonly as Horsehead Philo.



A juvenile plant. It must climb to grow larger.
Like in many other members of this genus, the first leaves grow without cataphylls.
Juvenile leaves have petiole sheathes, as it grows, sequent leaves emerge from cataphylls.
